Background
Polaris provided assistance in conducting a Balance of Investment (BoI) to support a study looking into Combat Identification (CID).
The purpose of the BoI was to compare a range of alternative investment options proposed as potential solutions to the CID requirement, including options based on equipment, procedural and training solutions.
The output from the MARVEL study BoI provided evidence to support a continuation of the CID study to undertake a more detailed investigation of a reduced set of investment options.
Polaris
Polaris were able to brief the MARVEL tool to an audience with a wide range of backgrounds, installing confidence in the assessment approach. They also facilitated the acquisition, via for example workshops, of the information required by the MARVEL tool to undertake informative and robust analysis.
Polaris provided a rapid response to comments regarding the deliverable report and were equally responsive in undertaking amendments required to the deliverable report to address requests by the wider CID study community.
