TNA Database Support

Polaris has provided subcontract support to Air Affairs (UK) Limited in two Training Needs Analysis (TNA) studies. TNA involves the detailed, objective assessment of learners' needs and the specification of cost-effective training solutions. It serves as both a requirements definition and risk-reduction exercise.

Polaris’ contribution was to support the creation of a TNA database for the HAWK 128 Advanced Jet Trainer and Battlefield Light Utility Helicopter (BLUH). The database has been used to structure training requirements hierarchically and to perform sensitivity analysis.
